Just thought I'd mention this here. Two reasons I've stayed with Verizon in the past have been their customer service and the amount of time they spent testing their phones before approving them. The latter really bugs a lot of people, but I always felt better knowing they did that. However, my experience with the Treo 700p gives me pause. The initial offering of the Verizon 700p was clearly inferior to that of Sprint, and they didn't correct its problems for a long long time. So I'm much more open to switching if I elect go for the Centro.
