Just thought I'd mention this here. Two reasons I've stayed with Verizon in 
the past have been their customer service and the amount of time they spent 
testing their phones before approving them. The latter really bugs a lot of 
people, but I always felt better knowing they did that. However, my 
experience with the Treo 700p gives me pause. The initial offering of the 
Verizon 700p was clearly inferior to that of Sprint, and they didn't correct 
its problems for a long long time. So I'm much more open to switching if I 
elect go for the Centro.
