I think the fact that the user cannot replace the battery kills it for me.  I 
want that ability to change out my batteries.

The iphone battery is said to last about a year.  Then you have to send the 
unit in to have the battery replaced, at a cost that makes it more sensible 
to buy a new phone.  What a scam.
Yes, no physical keyboard means it belongs in the trash.
