My reply to him: If you're going to argue that the only way this counts is via OTA or cable, disregarding viewers via the Web, Hulu Plus, or iTunes, then it's you who wants your cake and eat it, too. Either shut off all these other faucets (and prepare for that wrath) or figure out a way to incorporate those viewers into your calculations.
