He doesn't like being daily reminded of the need to call his MDs to provide
referrals to specialists or, in some cases, to re-schedule one specialist
if their next date with him is too close to another. He's waiting
desperately for the right elements to line up in his mind, in the right
order, so he remembers those things naturally... problem is, at what time
will that happen if it does? Doctors expect to be called (1) during their
office hours, and (2) if something has to be obtained or changed, enough
time has to be allowed so that whatever's needed is properly processed and
sent to who(m)ever needs it.

The urinary issues come and go. When one takes in X amount of fluids in a
given time span, that much will eventually come out.

Brother #1 had to intercept a postal letter he tried to send to one of the
specialists, whom he thought was going to make regular appointments with
him (nobody's verified this as fact)... it was mostly in red ink and mildly
threatening in tone. Had that gone through, it's not exactly clear how the
specialist would have responded... harassment charges, maybe?
