Yes Doug, John Strong mentioned there should be transfer pumps (which I have) for side to side balancing. Fine drawing, but as you say loose ends. Now just for giggles n grins. 1 open crossover valves,5 and 6, and see if all 4 tanks seek same level. 2 Open crossovers as I am assuming this port, starboard engines. 3 Close 1 and 3 at sea and monitor gauges closely. If you have fuel filter vacuum gauges, monitor and listen for engine starving. I am assuming this will put both engines on one set of tanks. Info from this may help you detail your drawing more.
