Russell : I agree with everything you have said (below) , but in my opinion , there just isn't the kind of momentum within this community to ever , _ever_ get a project like that off the ground .
Sadly , it's not really that big a task , if even a small handfull of dedicated people were to put their heads together, but even that is , unfortunately , another "pipe-dream" . Just my opinion however . I tried to get the ball rolling by writing several tutorials on the Wiki , hoping I could inspire others to do the same . Christ ! I couldn't even inspire others to get off their fat asses enough to even post a mail here saying "nice job" or "way to go" or "it sucks" ... The RS3D community is still here , but in a very "walking wounded" sort of way , if you ask me . No idea what it would take to change that , or how to inspire others to get more active . studio www.niagara.com/~studio www.studiodynamics.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "Russell Jones" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, March 31, 2006 7:22 PM Subject: Re: video tutorials (was Re: create a tentacle) > $20,000 for producing a DVD is probably more or less accurate.
