Could you please run the above command as `nobody` user?

i.e.

`sudo -u nobody convert -density 150 -define pdf:use-cropbox=true
/opt/om_data/upload/files/2ed1e520-ae10-4637-ba99-f0e235e56022/2ed1e520-ae10-4637-ba99-f0e235e56022.pdf
+profile '*' -quality 90
/opt/om_data/upload/files/2ed1e520-ae10-4637-ba99-f0e235e56022/page-%04d.png`

What would be result?
