You are right. I just tried it, and it worked perfectly. So this is what I will 
use, unless anyone knows of an easier way-- i.e. that will import directly 
without using the spreadsheet. But I am quite satisfied with what you have 
suggested, Ron. I will go on using this and see how it goes.
