I've been trying for the last 20 minutes, but I can't get it to work.
When I go into the form design mode after opening the form, then there
is an icon along the bottom called "add field". When I click on that, a
small window opens in the middle of the screen, which is around 3 cm
wide and 4 cm high. It is called "add field:". But the window is empty.
Completely empty. You can't even put a cursor in it. Perhaps I am not
clicking on the appropriate icon in the form design toolbar?

Thanks,
Swarup
