I suppose you simply chose the default layout on the (IIRC) third page. The default layout is what you describe - a mere table showing all records at once. Choose any of the other layouts, and you should be fine. Additionally, you might want to specify, on the "Data Entry" (or so) page, that you do only want to add new records to the form, and not see existing records.
