Thanks everyone. The dictionary copying macro is good. It proved the most
useful tool and works fine in v3.
Is it possible to see the macro itself and how it is written (curiosity) or is
it locked into the document?
I found moving the old dictionary files into /applicationdata/... etc did not
work though I did find the other dictionary files sitting there. I don't
understand why and it would be useful to work it out because I DO have a back
up programme, SyncBack which I recommend. But it works by copying files over to
another disc (rather than taking a "ghost" image) and you need to know the
location of the particular things you want to copy so that you can both copy
and restore later.
So maybe there are other files involved too or registry entries or somesuch
(this is uncertain territory for me)
Anyway thanks
Adrian
