Unzip <ImportExportDictionary1-1.sxw>
Open <Basic\libImportDic\modImportDic.xml> with a text editor.

I could copy all my user-defined dictionaries from
...\user\wordbook v 2.4.1 to ...\user\wordbook v 3.0.0
without any problem.

That will happen also by selecting "Transfer personal data"
during the first start of OOo 3.0.0.
