Speaking of backups, rather than just backing up files piece by piece, you might be a lot better off if you look into implementing a backup strategy of all of your data. One day a lof of things are going to go missing and restoring from a backup, or better yet re-imaging those folders, is a lot quicker and safer way to not lose anything.
