You are suggesting here that the mailing list processor adds the "[moderated]" tag sometimes seen in the subject field of messages. But the evidence is that this is not so. (No doubt this *could* be arranged, but it isn't.) The tag appears only when people use a particular hyperlink at the web site which includes that tag (and which may now have disappeared).
