Laurent may convert the dictionaries that the Dictionary Wizard knows
about, to the new format. That leaves out roughly a quarter of the
OOo dictionaries that are in the wild, but Dictionary Wizard does not
know about.

For that set of dictionaries, there will be nothing for OOo 3.0.

Multiply 15 minutes by the number of dictionaries that have no maintainer.
