Jonathan, Mr. Lange has already shown us the catch 22: any of those
dictionaries that weren't explicitly licensed will officially cease
to exist, as far as OOo is concerned. And since i'm not seeing a
confirmation of an automated converter, any user that depends upon
one of those unlicensed dictionaries will have to convert it
themselves or find another word processor.
