Perhaps I have misunderstood though it seems you have avoided my question:

1. Do you, youare.tv, get perpetual rights to the material? Yes?

The reason why this is so terrible for the content creator can be illustrated 
by the following 
example:

This xmas season, a guy made a video of his christmas tree lights that spread 
all around 
the internet and became one of the most memorable and cantagious videos ever.

Within about two weeks, the guy sold the video to a major beer advertiser.

If his video was on your system, the beer company could have called you to do 
the deal, 
undermining him entirely. 

The beer company could have also put you and the guy in a bidding war, happily 
watching 
the price fall to see who would make any money at all. 

Therefore, this model of your service, I believe, is hurtful for anyone who 
creates content 
that they feel is or ever could be worth anything more than $0.
