I haven't tried a reset recently. I suppose that can't hurt. Is that in one of the menus or do I have to find a hidden button somewhere on the apple tv itelf to do a reset? I have no clue about redownloading the software, but I have a Mac, so if that has to be done, I guess that could be looked into.
