Hi, I have never had the freezing issue, not even in iOs 9.0. Every now and then, sound has been routed to the phone rather than the headset but turning off the headset and then on again has solved this for me. This was on my iPhone 6+, haven’t had the chance to test this on my 6s+ as of yet. This seems to be a bug that is behaving differently from phone to phone. /Krister
