Another issue is the fact that, when listening to an audio message sent on whatsapp, the volume drops significantly. This doesn't happen when watching a whatapp video.

I did a full factory restore a couple of days after I installed iOS 6 and it fixed the problem I had with the playback controls not showing up in the lock screen consistently. It also seems to have greatly improved the custom labeling problem, at least it appears to have done so since I was able to label 3 weirdly labeled buttons in the Sonos app which before I was not able to change. As far as the Voiceover volume during a call bug I still have it. It maybe that it is slightly better, I can hear Voiceover relatively well in a quiet environment, at least so that it's useable. But I still can't turn down the call volume very much, just to a point and putting VO volume to 100% using the rotor does not make it as loud as in iOS 5 where balancing the 2 volumes was easy to do. I have definitely reported this to Apple, let's hope the first iOS 6 update will address a few of the more annoying issues.
