Ok, I am replying to the tone of your question. Sure, if you are willing to pay extremely high prices for the KNFB Reader interface, and you can find a large enough number of other blind people who are also willing to pay the high price, KNFB Reading Technologies will develop the app for you. For the original KNFB Reader, which was sold for $2500 several years ago, NFB started with a development grant of $300'000 which they received from the Federal government. Considering all the advances in technology since then, you should probably be able to get the product developed for around $75'000 or so.
