No, it was those obvious solutions which offended Bryan so much. He has not yet 
reported receiving a workable solution. The symptoms he reported, considering 
that the obvious solutions were already attempted by himself, there is a 
solution which nobody has mentioned. If he finally takes the iPhone into the 
Apple store and meets with a genius bar rep, the rep will most likely know the 
proper solution. After all, it was one of those techs who explained that 
particular problem's solution to me.

I wish him luck. I will not assist him because I do not assist people who 
continue in their rudeness and do not apologise for such impolite behaviour.
