Hi,

Since this is a list with over a thousand people, don’t you think it would be 
just a good thing to name the steps one has already taken in their original 
post so the person that wants to help doesn’t have to ask, then you reply, then 
they reply, etc.  If anything, it would cut down on list traffic.
