Bryan, Since you obviously need assistance with your device from time to time, why are you finding it so necessary to respond so rudely to folks who have reached out to assist you? Don't you realize that you are burning your bridges and therefore much less likely to get help in the future. Most people don't forget nasty attitudes and ungratefulness such as yours very quickly.
