Bryan,

Since you obviously need assistance with your device from time to time, why
are you finding it so necessary to respond so rudely to folks who have
reached out to assist you? Don't you realize that you are burning your
bridges and therefore much less likely to get help in the future. Most
people don't forget nasty attitudes and ungratefulness such as yours very
quickly.

Just a thought.

DJ

no,

you just didn't read it.
the volume up button without ear buds only worked after holding home and
power then turning it back on.

No, it was those obvious solutions which offended Bryan so much. He has not
yet reported receiving a workable solution. The symptoms he reported,
considering that the obvious solutions were already attempted by himself,
there is a solution which nobody has mentioned. If he finally takes the
iPhone into the Apple store and meets with a genius bar rep, the rep will
most likely know the proper solution. After all, it was one of those techs
who explained that particular problem's solution to me.

I wish him luck. I will not assist him because I do not assist people who
continue in their rudeness and do not apologise for such impolite behaviour.
