Yes, assuming that the time zone offset values are correct. Q TIMEZONE
will tell you this.
Your applications may not care about the time change, but some
subsystems will. If you are running CICS, it will not like a backward
shift in time. If you have a job scheduler, it may also be susceptible.
Some databases may be affected as well.

stop-start them.
Our programms are not time spacific.
