Kyle,
I noticed you used an ignition transformer feeding a voltage multiplier
circuit. I assume you just let the spark discharge as the voltage built
up past a certain point. In other words, no active switching involved.
It sounds like your circuit is not meant for rapid discharges. If you
have a voltage multiplier circuit, I am assuming you have ceramic disk
capacitors in the stages. Perhaps that is the problem. The dv/dt is not
fast enough and the impedance of the capacitors is pretty high. In the
Podkletnov experiment, they used a Marx bank. That was meant for pulsing.
Interesting results nonetheless.

Well, the effects are somewhat different; I don't have
the facilities at the moment to work with
superconductors (did back home, when I had some
monongahela-big dewars!).
As far as my tests have been able to determine, the
Morton effect is pretty conventional; nothing like
gravitational.
