Hi Kyle,
Thank you for doing that experiment. BTW, very interesting!
I'm a-wonderin' if it's not 500 KV that's required. Maybe it's just the
strength of the electric field gradient, or intensity (?) that is important.
I agree with David Maker however about the gravitomagnetic field direction
being 90 degrees to current flow. Note in Maker's paper how he found 10
different points of agreement to Podkletnov's gravity impulse beam
experiment, (which *tends* to confirm the validity of both papers.)
Evgeny Podkletov's two "impulse" papers:
http://arxiv.org/find/physics/1/au:+Podkletnov_E/0/1/0/all/0/1
Note also in the Martin Tajmar experiment below, (although possibly an
error, so folks eagerly wait for his next paper,) it also shows the
gravitomagnetic (spin) field being orthogonal to mass flow:
"Anomalous Fiber Optic Gyroscope Signals Observed above Spinning Rings at
Low Temperature"
http://xxx.lanl.gov/abs/0806.2271
In the above paper Martin Tajmar suggests that a new kind of gravitomagnetic
field develops, and if memory serves this suggestion of renaming was simply
because he measured the spin field as 10 to the 15th power stronger than is
predicted from the Maxwelized equations for gravity.
Anyway.. That's to developing just the gravimagnetic field. WE are trying
to develop a gravity pulse, (also called a gravito-electric or
electrogravity pulse), to obtain it a gravitomagnetic field must be
oscillated , rotated , or rapidly changed, and the more rapidly, the
better..
Velocity is first order, acceleration being second order. According to
generally accepted theory, it's in the " third order", where *change* of
acceleration of mass (the *jerk* term) that creates an actual gravity field,
or gravity pulse. An example: say of the Podkletnov discharge when it
suddenly stops at the opposing electrode. Theoretically that is where a
change occurs from a gravitomagnetic pulse (due to the acceleration phase of
the discharge), to where a gravity pulse occurs - right when the
accelerating discharge suddenly stops. The acceleration of those ions
rapidly "changes". (third order is called "jerk".) Hmmm... so if that theory
is true then would not the duration of the Podkletnov *gravity* impulse
itself be significantly shorter than the duration of the electric discharge?
I will have to read the paper again to determine if that is true. If true,
it's another small point of verification that the Podkletnov experiment was
the real thing.(Of course, some kind of a working replication would be the
ONLY verification accepted by science.)
BTW, I always feel guilty when I cross the border. I just *want* to smuggle
stuff across. Do the borderSS pick that up from my micro-expressions..?
Each line capacitor is ~ 8 Mfd, and quite heavy even when empty. Filled
with a liquid dielectric, they might also be good for Tesla coils (?) Two
of the caps have never been used. I originally bought them from our local
hydro electric company. They could not sell them with liquid carcinogenic
dielectric inside so first they neatly punctured the cases (top and bottom)
and emptied them, and then sold them as scrap metal. The dielectric liquid
that was previously used was NOT oil. It was much less-viscous, free
flowing, and the tiny drops remaining that I smelled had a real nasty odor.
I never found a supplier. I was told that it was illegal to sell it. I'm not
100% sure, but now I'm wondering if I could have just replaced it with
dielectric transformer-oil. (?)
I have many 15 Kv and 20 Kv diodes, and a [dry] 250 KV transformer from a
1940's X-ray machine now without oil again, and a working variable 50 KV
transformer, and if, that is *IF* I can get one of those caps working by
utilizing dielectric transformer oil then ok, I'd be more than happy to
"attempt" a border crossing myself to deliver a few - knowing that they
*will* work (but empty, because without a dielectric safety certificate they
then must be empty according to the border SS. (Maybe I should call them
first. I will keep you advised.)
I originally bought these caps for a very powerful discharge into a
specially modified Hooper coil that was also magnetically self-cancelling,
but my coil differed in that it was wound onto a parabolic form. According
to Hooper's controversial theory along with his controversial coil
experiment* , as my coil explodes <grin> from the massive instantaneous
discharge from several of those caps... , a measureable gravity pulse should
arise @ 90 degrees (orthogonal) to current flow. I never did the fun
experiment because I couldn't find the correct dielectric liquid. If
Hooper's theory is correct however my design should focus a gravity pulse to
the parabola's focal point where it can be measured and recorded. Anyway,
that's my story, originally thought up 6 or 7 years ago and I'm still
sticking to it <g>.

Kyle, it's your experiments that have sparked my interest again, and I don't
really know that I should thank you for that (grin). It is a lot of work,
and I'm allergic to that :) Anyway, if my dielectric oil works I will
complete my variation on the Hooper experiment, but first I'm going to have
to figure out a method of getting the oil inside these old caps without any
air bubbles arising , AND without 'drilling' any holes into the metal case
because the act of drilling will create metal filings, and I cannot allow
any metal flakes into the caps. Anyone's comment to fix this problem will be
greatly appreciated :)

Can you use some ten or eleven ~ 3500 volt line-caps
that require dielectric
fluid? You are welcome to all of them if you think
they will be useful, (and
if you think you can get them across the border. I
live in East Toronto,
about 2 hrs from Buffalo).
Can always use parts, and very much appreciate the
offer. The only problem is getting them past the
border-SS. They always without fail search my vehicle.
If I can ever find someone who can get them for me,
I'll let you know.
I'll go over Maker and Piggott's work when I have a
bit more time to spare (possibly later tonight if all
goes well). Has been a very bad week for
experimentation, given that some damn virus decided to
turn my sinuses into low-income-virus-housing. But I
am feeling much better now, and as a matter of fact,
will now go and do some further Morton tests utilizing
some fairly powerful magnets I have on hand, and see
if they affect the 'force' (read...make one actually
appear that isn't conventional).
