Below 500 KV they did
not report. My assumption is that it starts
penetrating above that voltage.
IOW, I'm wondering if below 500KV the penetration
effect either doesn't
work, or it was too weak to report.. .

500kV is a bit high to come by...I am sure I could do
it, but that would take some work. The physical size
of a pulse generator or multiplier would become fairly
large.
Can you use some ten or eleven ~ 3500 volt line-caps that require dielectric
fluid? You are welcome to all of them if you think they will be useful, (and
if you think you can get them across the border. I live in East Toronto,
about 2 hrs from Buffalo).

George S Piggott, experimenting circa 1920; this could be a coulomb
artefact, like Millikan's oil drop experiment, but if not it's interesting
because it also referenced the effect works at DC, ~ 500 KV.
Note also- his observation of a small but completely dark belt or dark
space surrounding the test object. (Was there not also a report of a glow or
"space" surrounding the Podkletnov emmiter?)

Another report regarding antigravity effect around a charged test object
that had a "dark space". Ken Shoulders reports mass reduced and
permittivity of space is reduced in the region surrounding the EVO. See his

Only difference beyond charging current I can see is,
the VdG sphere would be charged from the interior
surface, whereas my sphere is charged from the outer
surface. I can't see any reason this would make a
difference, but maybe I am wrong?
