The rest mass of the electron is 511 keV? That is interesting. Re-reading
David Maker's paper trying to figure out how he arrived at the number 512
KV. I don't know, but I'm sure that's due to my lack, not his..
I did learn a bit more today about Podkletnov's gravity pulse experiment
after re-reading David Maker's paper*, especially about the emitter's
"discharge". David Maker said something about the Podkletnov gravity beam
arising orthogonal to the current. He's talking about the supercurrent
inside the superconductor, and I think he was also saying it about that
cloud of funny looking electrons around the emitter- just prior to the
_event_. If true, that would confirm Hooper's controversial experiments
which showed a gravity effect arising orthogonal to current flow which means
that it shouldn't matter in which direction flows a current. Perhaps also
the Morton effect only worked ( IF it worked,) not only because he had a Van
De Graaf generator near to 500 KV ( IF he did!), but also because the
discharge current in the spark bent 90 degrees (ahah!) just before it
arrived at the anode.. (?)
Too much speculation. The "rules" are still a bit fuzzy, don't you think?
Good experiments are required. George Hathaway has written a paper on
searching and removing artifacts from any gravity experiments, appropriately
titled, "Nightmares of the Art of Measuring" Feb 2006,, I think it's found
at at the Earthtech site.

500 KV, as the required threshold:
George S Piggott, experimenting circa 1920; this could be a coulomb
artefact, like Millikan's oil drop experiment, but if not it's interesting

Note also- his observation of a small but completely dark belt or dark
space surrounding the test object. (Was there not also a report of a glow

Another report regarding antigravity effect around a charged test object
