My conjecture would be due to the skin effect. If you can get a superconducting effect on the outer skin, Electrical Fields might push the H1 monoatomic atoms further into the substrate. I'm not even sure you need a full superconducting effect. Containment alone, to reduce freedom move movement - could be adequate. Wouldn't it be lovely to know for sure if CNT are indeed part of the E-Cat secret? Jones
