Paul,

I think you misunderstood part of my message. I know there are probably
MANY spring creeks that offer good fishing that I just haven't discovered
yet (thus my explorative trip this weekend). I'm sure that I don't know
everything about the creeks out there. I continue to put miles on my truck
and burn hours looking, asking questions of locals and landowners, peering
over bridge crossings, seining, wetting my line (with or without success),
and scribbling notes in my gazeteer...

I live in Maple Valley, just south of 4 Corners.

-tight lines-
Jim

Jim,

maybe there's another spring creek out there that even you don't know about.

I've got a couple of creeks and rivers in the Cascades I'm glad that they
don't get any more pressure. One I discovered in 1977 and I don't think
I've shared that information with more than a dozen people since.

I do seriously think that you're missing one of the spring creeks.

Just curious, but which town do you live in?

Kent, now you see why I only asked my question for discussion as I was a
little possessive of certain information.

My thoughts ran along the line of "why should I care what someone else does
that I don't approve of, provided it's not illegal." Sharing information,
even if it's done publicly isn't illegal. I really approve of it if it's
someone else giving me tips to a hot, undiscovered spot.

It's really easy to get that type of information on BC lakes as there's so
many up there and they don't get crowded unless a FF club has a fish-in on
it. WA lakes aren't that way as there's not much info shared on hot lakes.

Bill
