I'll weigh into this discussion too now. I've had great, and lousy
service, personally and at a school level, from a number of our local
(WA) Apple people over the past few years. If you're one of them on
this list you will know to whom I'm referring. It's not appropriate for
me to mention names here.
A MUG reseller award would be nice, so long as the voting is carried
out in a fair and equitable way.
