I can only say to this "no no no no no no no no - this is not happening - PLEASE this is not happening!" Oh, I hope this isn't the problem! I can't afford any expensive repairs or a new puter at this point!

Does anyone have an opinion about me renaming the folder in question or removing it (I can dump it in the recycle bin where I can put it back after testing if I find it's needed) as to whether or not it's safe to do this? I don't want to *not* be able to boot up. That seems to me to be the most logical place to start since it's referenced by the error message and it *is* a temp file from what I can tell. Usually temp files are not necessary to keep, correct?
