Okay, I'll take that bet.  Because this time Microsoft is up against
something they've never faced before: the 'net community.  They're
outnumbered ten thousand-to-one and they're forced to compete against
products that sell for $0, developed by people who aren't doing it
for the money.

I've no doubt that they'll try their usual tactics, as you've observed:
in fact, I'll bet you that by sometime in 1999, they'll try spreading FUD
about Linux in their ads.
