Some will tell you that the BEST method is to simply start from
scratch and announce the new list to the old, forcing people to
resubscribe. This guarantees that all addresses are current.
The smooth way is to set up the new domain, copy the subscriber
lists, announce the new location, and forward all list addresses
at the old site (main listprocessor [eg, "majordomo"], list1@old,
list2@old, etc) to the new.
