Send 'em an invoice for consulting services, specifying in detail all the
recommendations you made and that they have since carried out. (Hope you
kept all your prepartion documents). Intimate that if they don't come to a
reasonable settlement, you have a very hungry law firm that will be just
delighted to take your case on a percentage of the settlement.
Then issue a press release to the local media letting them know you're
suing for theft of intellectual property. I'll be anything they'll
settle...may not be much, but you'll get something plus a huge moral victory.
