I'm in the same process. I've been running linux at home on an old box for
a month or so. yesterday I put it on a box at work and set it up for
serving, apache, telnet, smail and proftp. I was kinda happy to browse in
an see the "hey it works" page. Now all I gotta do is learn to keep it all
safe.
