Tell Ralph very quietly his complaint is with InterNic. He can file the
paperwork to contest the domain name in minutes -- without that, Fred is
the owner and it's not your fault (unless you contracted with Fred for
that domain name to be wired or something).
Once the name is contested, InterNic will be the bad guy and put the
name on hold for you, the nice, innocent host :)
