Having been on the other side of this, I think it's an AWFUL idea. In
addition, do you REALLY want to be held responsible for them paying the
internic fees? etc etc?
Yes, you get control - but it's almost more of a blackmail form of
control. Frankly, when I'm doing sites for clients, I have them (or I do
it, based on their level of expertise) register the domain themselves, but
ALWAYS with their name as at least ONE of the contacts - admin or billing.
It really is only fair. It is (in some cases) their trademark, their
company, etc.
