This is disgusting (and I'm being as polite as I possibly can muster.) Most
people don't know squat about any of this and would probably happily sign
their rights away over to you...but I think it is unethical to do what
you're proposing. 

Keep your clients happy by providing a good value to them. Not by keeping
them under your legal thumb.
