Irony??? It is ALWAYS that way!!! I really enjoy doing things,
thinking, trying, out-witting some guy named Murphy and his fourth LAW of
Thermodynamics. And satisfying customers.
Contrary to what most people think, the "difficult" customers are
usually the easiest to satisfy if you just listen to them till you
understand what they really want, or they ramble on till they themselves
realize they don't know what they want. If you listen long enough, one of
the two always happens.
