     I've heard excellent things about above.net.  I think it was on
Phil Greenspun's site (www.photo.net).  He thinks very highly of them.
I think he even bought stock in them :-).

     System admins can be cheap or expensive, skilled or unskilled.
There is little correlation between price and abilities (well, okay,
skilled sysadmins who are also savvy self-marketers will be charging a
lot, but that doesn't mean you're assured of getting a skilled
sysadmin by simply paying a lot).
