Note that I mentioned the inability to make a *pre-existing* flat file
transparent. Just recently I decided, after already making some 50 gifs in
ImageReady, that I needed to make them transparent. I usually do export GIFs
from IR rather than Photoshop, but in this case I didn't want to have to go
back and remake them all.
