It seems to be, till you start talking about portability. Free of the
need to drag around a DBMS, PMWiki will run on just about any media
you can think of. I can fit an awful lot of wiki pages in the 300kb
that is a sqlite footprint. Any of the other DBMS are even worse on
that score.
