This is like the OpenSolaris (Project Indiana) naming thing all over again. Sun is making unilateral decisions and is masking it in a lot of jibber jabber. This is why non-Sun people in the community get burned: they are strung along with the illusion that they have anything to do with any of this, and then WHAM the truth hits them. Just be clear about what is going on. Sun wants a new website for the new OpenSolaris (Project Indiana) project because the current website isn't very good (or very much like Ubuntu.com).
