If you're willing to wait (with no committed date for delivery) the new 
Weather Flow gear coming out looks interesting.  Price is $250 via 
Indiegogo, but it's really unclear when they'll actually ship.   There's 
already somebody who has a weewx driver for it, which is goodness.  They 
also have a nice published API for getting data from it.   Hope they get 
over the technical and manufacturing hurdles and get to production this 
spring as they hope.
