Hi Anthony,

The WCUSA2016 is likely to be somewhere between the start of June and the
end of September. We are trying to work around the dates for WMCON and
Wikimania. Also, because we may have a joint or parallel conference with
our friends at OpenStreetMap USA, we are trying to collaborate with them as
well. An option that we could all consider is having the possible English
WikiProject Medicine conference also run in parallel to WCONUSA; one of our
possible venues is the University of Washington which takes pride in its
medical school (and we are in the vicinity of the Gates Foundation), so we
may have a venue that would work for you as well if we get enough notice.

A community-wide calendar for events sounds like a great idea. There are
some ancient calendars on Meta. I'm pinging Luis to ask if the upcoming
development of the community portal can include an event calendar!
