Evidently people haven't complained to the IWF before. Checking their
site it says they pass on reports on sites based outside the UK to
"'Hotline' associates around the world" (so there may be more blocks
to come) and to "the UK's Child Exploitation and Online Protection
Centre, who pass relevant information to INTERPOL" (so WMF may be
hearing from someone soon). They also state that website owners have a
right of appeal, I hope the Foundation is looking into this.
