FWIW: Did you check all BIOS settings for the CPU?
Even though you are in jumper free enabled mode, the BIOS
will still have significant OVER-RIDE selections for the CPU...

Did you get the warnings on page 56? (Change CPU section.)
I got the manual LESS the last 3 letters. I'm hoping that is close enough..
