I have bot refurbished computers. Sometimes it is merely an overstock (over
production) or someone taking full advantage of look and return. Or???
I also recently (9 mos ago) bot a refurb lcd tv that will also accept a
computer from the phillips outlet and have very satisfied. model
17pf9946/37. I haven't used it as a monitor but as a tv sitting next to the
monitor to watch msnbc and fox news while working.

I know I have purchased refurbished items (mostly tools) and have
